- FACTORY RESET the unit before upgrading.

  before upgrading the firwmare, otherwise it will corrupt your unit. 
  E.g: IP address: 10.1.1.5, Subnet Mask 255.0.0.0, 
  Default Gateway 10.1.1.1.
